<p>The Partner Cybersecurity Investment Program is an invite-only program that has been created to support selected partners in creating customer intent to purchase and use Microsoft security technologies and solutions. This program helps you position your organization as a trusted security advisor and acquire new customers, enabling you to grow your deployment and managed services business with Microsoft.</p>

<p>Please review the latest customer requirements for each payout milestone as noted in the Partner Cybersecurity Investment Guide as they may occasionally change.</p>

<p><strong>Participant Benefits:</strong></p>

<p>During the Program Period, Microsoft will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the following benefits:</p>

<ul>
<li>Opportunity for Participant to receive incentive funding to deliver customer engagements related to the Program.</li>
<li>Early access to marketing events and collateral providing market insights to help Participant engage with customers.</li>
<li>Microsoft field seller exposure and solution alignment; and</li>
<li>Visibility for Participant’s customers’ success and wins through the production of Microsoft case studies and promotion of such case studies.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Program Details</h2>

<p>Partners will be able drive pre-sales engagements where they can earn initially a one-time payment for execution, which will then lead to deal registrationbased off customer Tenant. Partner may also initial pre-sales payment, but will activate deal registration for Sales advisory incentives.</p>

<p>As Partners engage with customer’s post-delivery and completion of pre-sales engagements and Partner Proposal/SOW, they will have the ability to earn on incentives focused on driving Microsoft 365 and Azure Consumed Revenue growth within the customer.</p>

<p>Participant will have opportunity to earn incentives for two payment Milestones:</p>

<ul>
<li><strong>Milestone1: (1a)</strong> Microsoft Security Engagements<strong>(1b)</strong> Partner Proposal/SOW</li>
<li><strong>Milestone2:</strong> Sales Advisory incentives that drive M365 Revenue and/or Azure Security Consumed Revenue</li>
</ul>
